Dr. Hoffner grew up in a small town in western Kansas. After completing her B.S. and her D.V.M degrees at Kansas State University, she moved to North Carolina. After practicing in NC for 5 years, Dr. Hoffner moved back to Manhattan, KS to be closer to family. She met her husband David here and went back to school at Kansas State to complete her M.P.H. degree. Dr. Hoffner practiced in KS for 8 years before she and her family moved to the area looking for better weather. Dr. Hoffner and her husband have one son and a menagerie that includes 3 dogs, 2 cats, 1 Leopard Gecko, and 2 Nigerian Dwarf goats. In Dr. Hoffner’s spare time she enjoys playing with her son, spending time outside with the dogs and goats, and attending sporting events with her husband and son.
